There is a good range of accommodation on Thong Nai Pan to suit all budgets. You can stay in traditional wooden bungalows, be pampered in 5 star hotels or rent your own luxury villa. Below are brief summaries of the accommodation available on Thong Nai Pan Noi and Thong Nai Pan Yai.
Accommodation on Thong Nai Pan Noi
Sandee Bungalow has nice traditional bungalows. It is a friendly, family run establishment. Each bungalow has a fan, shower and toilet. No restaurant. Monthly rates are often available. Sandee Bungalow is about 50 meters from the beach.

Otto Bungalows are closed.
Sunrise Villa has incredible views over Thong Nai Pan bay from both its second floor master bedroom as well as it large balcony. It is a 3 bedroom villa. Each room has air-con, hot water and is fully furnished. There is also a large open plan living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has sofas, chairs, a flatscreen TV, DVD player and an amazing view through floor to ceiling windows with folding doors to the large wrap around balcony.
The villa stands in a large garden surrounded by pristine nature. For those who want privacy as well as to be close to the beach Sunrise Villa is a great option. They allow a maximum of 6 people to stay at a time. It is worth checking the Sunrise Villa website as they often have promotions not available if you book through Flipkey or other booking portals.
All rentals come with a full service package that includes free transfers, internet access, maid service and access to an English speaking rental agent.

Thong Tapan is at the quieter north end of Thong Nai Pan Noi. Most of the bungalows are set in a delightful garden on the hill behind the reception. The Air-Con Bungalows have recently been re-painted a delightful ocher colour. The restaurant is currently closed; which is a shame. Many of the bungalows have been renovated and the work is finally over. Thong Tapan now has 30 bungalows ranging from traditional wooden bungalows to the luxury of a 2 bedroom villa. The entire area has free wifi and Thong Tapan includes a free pick up from Tongsala pier at 1pm.

Tapan Noi is closed and the space is being used by Thong Tapan next door. The land belongs to the same family and the two businesses are connected. The Tapan Noi restaurant is still open and doing a booming trade since the Krua Thong Tapan restaurant is shut.
Formerly known as “Raiwin” and then “Thong Nai Pan Resort”, the Phuwadee Resort has a small pool and a collection of pink bungalows (which thankfully are gradually being re-painted white). The bungalows are concrete with TVs inside (only free Thai channels), hot shower and safety box. Phuwadee is a good mid-range option and one of the cheapest places to stay at Christmas/ New Year. Service is very hit and miss. There is an attached restaurant with a pizza oven.

Panviman is located on the peninsula between Thong Nai Pan Noi and Thong Nai Pan Yai. There are hotel rooms and cottages available. The cottages are built around huge granite boulders. The free form swimming pool has an infinity lip with awesome views of the cove. There are 3 restaurants and a spa. Panviman has recently started developing on the rocks overlooking Thong Nai Pan Yai.

Santhiya Resort is a very visible 5 star hotel on the northern most tip of Thong Nai Pan. The luxury bungalows are designed in ‘lanna’ style and are built from teak. Rasa Nan Da, or Anantara Rasananda as it is now called, takes up the lions share of the beach. It occupies a large stretch of beachfront between Buri Rasa and Phuwadee Resort. It is an ultra stylish resort offering over 50 two-storey villas each will small plunge pool, rainwater shower, fancy coffee machine and 32″ flat screen TVs. There is a restaurant, communal pool, gym, spa and fancy wine coller / humidifier room that stores wines and cigars.

Buri Rasa is the latest luxury hotel on the beachfront in Thong Nai Pan Noi. It offers stylish luxury room with air-con, channel TV and DVD player, wifi, hot water rain shower, mini bar and balcony. Accommodation on Thong Nai Pan Yai
Baan Panburi Village s a series of wooden bungalows, well designed with art work, closet, air-con and hot water. They have a large balcony with deckchairs to lounge in. There is a beachfront restaurant that has a happy hour and BBQs. This is a good budget option on the beach.

Paradise Garden Resort offers reasonably priced air-con concrete bungalows with showers. It is a line of concrete bungalows with air-con, hot water, fridge and TV often occupied by long stay guests. They are found near the entrance of Thong Nai Pan Yai on the right. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach. Paradise Garden Resort is geared more towards monthly rentals. They don’t do internet bookings
High/Low Season: about 1,000 thb a night or 15,000 thb a month
Longtail Beach Resort is run by a Thai and a foreign spouse. It is a small and friendly resort with a plenty of fan bungalows in gardens for rent. They also have family bungalows.
They is a restaurant that specializes in Southern Thai cooking and vegetarian food. You will find Longtail Resort down the southern end of the beach next to Dolphin Bungalows. They have free wifi between 8am and 10pm. They also rent out laptops for 2 thb a minute.

Pen’s Bungalows has a range of accommodation. There are a few air-con bungalows. The cheaper bungalows are quite old but have plenty of character. It is on the beach and has an attached restaurant and Thai massage sala.

Dolphin Bungalows are situated on the southern end of Thong Nai Pan Yai beach. Each bungalow has a shower, a toilet and a fan. They are set in a shady garden. The attached restaurant serves Western and Thai Dishes. It is a popular place to stay. Dolphin Bungalows does not take advanced bookings.

Central Cottage is in the middle of Thong Nai Pan Yai beach. It has a row of rooms next to a small swimming pool as well air-con bungalows facing to the beach. The resort also includes a small shop as well as a beachfront restaurant. The air-con rooms are good value for money.

Dreamland Resort is a fairly big resort with lots of bungalows, a beachfront restaurant, a shop, an internet place and a dive shop. There are plenty of bungalows to choose from with differing ranges of facilities. Dreamland Resort is located on the northern end of Thong Nai Pan Yai beach. Dreamland Resort has built a fairly big swimming pool for residents. The resort also has its own scuba school called ‘Dreamland Divers’.

Starlight Resort is one of the latest accommodation options on Thong Nai Pan Yai. Not surprisingly it is more up market from the original backpacker places such as Pens. As with Havana, Starlight doesn’t have individual bungalows, rather it has a tall accommodation block. In front is an impressive swimming pool with black tiles and a dolphin motif. Rooms have air-con, hot water, fridge and TV. The resort has a small ‘supermarket’ but no restaurant. Internet access is available but not free.
